Due to the limited stock of this release, we may only have one size available for certain designs and clothing items. However, in some cases, multiple sizes may be available, or we may be able to accommodate different size requests.

If you're interested in ordering more than one of the same design or item, there's a section at the bottom of the order form where you can indicate your request. Be sure to include the details of what you're hoping to order, and we’ll follow up via email to let you know if it’s possible.

If we’re able to fulfill your request, we’ll confirm the details and update your total accordingly.

For the time being, we are accepting E-transfers only for all merchandise orders.

When submitting your order:

• Please keep track of your total on the order form.

• Send your E-transfer to ghostroostercollective@gmail.com.

• Include your full name in the e-transfer message, along with the details of your order.

If you're unable to send an e-transfer, cash upon pick-up can be arranged.
Please note that cash pick-ups may be limited to business hours only (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday) and must be scheduled in advance due to the nature of cash handling.

Once we’ve received confirmation of your payment, you’ll get an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
We aim to have all orders ready within 2 business days of receiving your payment.

Once you’ve received an email confirmation that your order is ready, you can pick it up at Arts Court.

You can drop by any day of the week between 9 AM and 11 PM.
Just head to the front desk with a piece of photo ID, and they’ll hand over your order!

We understand that not everyone can make it to downtown Ottawa to pick up their order.

If you have a friend or family member in the area who can pick it up on your behalf, just send us an email at ghostroostercollective@gmail.com with their name, and we’ll make sure they can collect it for you.

In extenuating circumstances, we’re happy to be flexible. If needed, we may be able to arrange a meeting point or drop-off within Ottawa city limits.

Just reach out and let us know how we can accommodate—we’ll do our best to make it work!

Absolutely—any piece of photo ID is acceptable from any country. This can also include things like a student card, gym membership, military ID, or even mail with your full name.

As long as the name matches the one on your order, we’ll be able to hand it over to you.
